Self-Care Mini Retreat

No matter where you are in the journey with infertility, we tend to forget to really take care of ourselves-physically, emotionally, and mentally. That is why Conceive Nebraska has partnered with yoga instructor, Sondra Dubas, for a mini self-care retreat!

Join us in Sondra’s beautiful studio for an hour of yoga and meditation, foot soaks, a time for journaling, and other special goodies. Light refreshments will be provided. There are only 12 spots available and the cost is only $15-paid that day.
